July 2021: This season’s cookie is an ode to all the sweet tooths (sweet teeth?) out there who just want to eat their white chocolate in peace. The name says it all: lime zest and white chocolate* chips parade around this dough to make for a bright, summer-inspired snack to pack for the next picnic.

*Fun fact: most white chocolate doesn’t actually qualify as real chocolate, which needs to have at least 20% cocoa butter. But don’t let that stop you from having your white bars/chips and eating them too (the chips used for this cookie have less than 20% cocoa butter).
