Orders are shipped weekly on Friday afternoons. Orders placed before Sunday at noon EST will ship on or before the following Friday via USPS Priority. Any order placed after this time will be shipped at the end of the following week.

You’ll receive an email when your order ships,. This will have your tracking number so you can stay updated on your cookie arrival time.

How long will cookies take to get to me?

Cookies are currently shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Specific shipping times will depend on your location in addition to COVID-related delays on USPS’s side.

My tracking details say the cookies were delivered but I Can’t find them. What do I do?

Sometimes packages get marked as delivered prematurely. Keep an eye out in the coming days, and reach out to the local post office if it doesn't show. You may also file a claim with USPS here. If you’re still unable to find your cookies, please get in touch.

What is the shelf life of your cookies?

The cookies will keep well in their sealed bags for 1-2 weeks, and an additional two weeks in the freezer. You can keep them in the bags they came in, or use another airtight container.
